Holiday Return Policy

For the 2022 holiday season, most of the items purchased between October 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31, 2023.

KENTOKTOOL offer a 30-day return guarantee on most items.

 

Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

KENTOKTOOL does not store items mistakenly sent to us. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Amazon, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. KENTOKTOOL cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to our company shipping address.

 

KENTOKTOOL Global Store Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Service@Kentoktool.net If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund status. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Return shipping costs

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  1. Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.

  2. Buyer’s accidental returns.

  3. Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by KENTOKTOOL quality control to be in working condition.

  4. Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).

 

Warranty Period: 365 DaysService Method: Free Repair/Replace.

After being recognized by our company, it is protected by return and exchange. If the product is damaged or malfunctions due to handling contrary to the about CARE AND MAINTENANCE, the warranty will not apply even during the warranty period.
