I've had nothing but issues with engraving acrylics and glass everything else works fine

Appears to be good kit

The unit is was bit unstable as all 4 feet did not sit on the table, only 3, I have to put a couple of shims under one corner to achieve level. The unit otherwise is working very, very well.

Works pretty good for a roller system.

Even with a nice grip on the rollers, you still may want to add some (balanced) weight inside your piece you're cutting if the object is pretty light (rice in a mug, etc...). Good motor. Good build. Overall good item.

There is a bit of a learning curve to use this successfully but once you have used a while it gets easier. You Tube is your friend.
